本科低年级学生跨学科学习经验的自主建构

在充满变革的环境中,本科低年级学生进行学业规划或职业生涯规划的价值是"学会应变"。研究着眼于本科低年级学生所处的跨学科学习情境,从理论层面和实践层面引导个体提高学业/职业生涯"探索、规划、适应"能力。研究发现,学业/职业生涯探索、学业/职业生涯规划、职业未来时间洞察力和自主性这两个积极人格特点、跨学科学习经验、职业认同(含学术认同)五者,是不可分割的整体。以系统性思维探寻学业规划或职业生涯规划之道,不仅是本科低年级学生创新自主职业生涯管理途径、方法和策略的重心,而且是高等院校创新本科低年级学生职业生涯教育模式及体系的重心。  相似文献

为提高船舶航线经济性,基于电子海图显示与信息系统(electronic chart display and information system,ECDIS),分析影响航线设计的各种因素,建立航线设计网络模型。将改进蚁群算法的基本原理应用于船舶航行路径搜索中,提出一种多约束条件下航行综合成本最低的最优航线生成算法。仿真试验证明,该算法是可行的,且具有动态寻优的特点,将其应用于多约束条件下的最优航线设计是合理的。  相似文献   

基于改进遗传算法的岛礁区航路规划模型

为解决船舶穿过岛礁区时危险度大、航行难、航路规划复杂等问题,提出应用实数路径点编码配合采取精英保留策略的遗传算法。考虑船舶的转向困难性、航程、人为指定经过路径点以及船舶安全性,建立适应度函数评价模型。在电子海图平台上提取障碍物特征多边形顶点坐标,规划出最佳航路。该算法能解决多约束条件下的多目标优化问题。对舟山岛礁区进行实例验证。结果表明,改进后的遗传算法能够解决岛礁区的复杂航路规划问题,且实现简单,收敛速度较快,也不易陷入局部极小值。随着自动控制技术的不断发展,可为船舶在岛礁区的自主航行提供理论支持。  相似文献   

Person centred planning ‘in action’: exploring the use of person centred planning in supporting young people's transition and re‐integration to mainstream education

This study, by Emma Corrigan of the Plymouth Excellence Cluster and Community Psychology Service, explores the use of person centred planning (PCP) in supporting young people who have experienced school exclusion, in their transition and re‐integration to mainstream settings. Young people of different ages participated in the PCP process and multiple stakeholder perspectives provided insight into the implementation and outcomes of PCP over time. Reported findings indicate a positive impact upon young people's social‐emotional well‐being, attendance in school, and educational achievement, and highlight a range of ‘supports’ and ‘barriers’ that can facilitate and/or obstruct the use of PCP in practice. This research contributes towards practice‐based evidence at a time when legislative reform advocates a broader use of PCP to support special educational needs in the UK. Potential gains, pitfalls and further actions are considered to support a wider application of PCP within the new statutory framework and to inform implications for future practice and further research.  相似文献

体育教育训练学博士学位论文是学术研究中重要的科研资料，对其进行深入分析和研究，既能为体育教育训练学博士生今后更好地开展研究厘清思路，也能促使体育教育训练学更加适应时代的发展，沿着健康、理性、可持续发展的轨道发展。运用文献资料法、内容分析法对2000—2017年全国810篇体育教育训练学博士学位论文选题与学术影响力进行了分析和思考。在论文选题特征方面，研究者考察了其选题类型、热点追踪、选题方向以及学科交叉维度。在学术影响力上，研究者考察了其年度分布的学术影响力、学位授予单位的学术影响力以及论文基金资助情况。  相似文献   

Literature,Community and Cooperation: The Big Read at Regent University

This article recounts the experience of the Regent University Library in planning and implementing a festival of Tolstoy and Russian culture as part of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Big Read initiative. The NEA launched the Big Read in 2006 to counter the alarming decline of literary reading documented in its 2002 report Reading at Risk. Program and event planning are important competencies of librarianship. The authors hope that the lessons learned in planning a large event with many partners will be useful to others undertaking similar projects for the first time.  相似文献

Abstract

American University Library participated in the LibQUAL+ survey of library service quality sponsored by the Association of Research Libraries. Upon analyzing the results, the library's Assessment Team decided to engage in follow-up assessment in order to gain a better understanding of undergraduate perceptions of and priorities for library service. The team conducted three focus groups of randomly selected undergraduate students. This article addresses the team's methodology, implementation, and results of the focus group study. It also describes how the results of LibQUAL+, the focus groups, and other assessment activities are being incorporated into the library's short- and long-range planning and marketing activities.  相似文献   

Other People's Money: Adapting Entrepreneurial Techniques to Build Capital in Challenging Economic Times

Drawing on the “predator” model of entrepreneurship put forward by Villette and Vuillermot in their 2009 book “From Predators to Icons,” this article argues that challenging economic times reveal that self-funded, collaborative information literacy models have in many cases unsustainably overstretched staff and budgets. In such circumstances, it is necessary for librarians to shift to an entrepreneurial approach that seeks profitable opportunities funded by parties other than the library in order to build capital for current and future instructional services. Following Villette and Vuillermot, the article seeks to refute a cultural myth that sees the entrepreneur as someone who is first and foremost a “do-gooder” or marketer of helpful products, and it also advocates that librarians adopt a view of the entrepreneur as one who preys on unexploited, low-cost/high-profit opportunities to leverage “other people's money” to build capital for later innovation. The article considers the economics of information literacy and library instruction programs, provides historical context for what has come to be known as the “collaborative imperative,” points to the economic shortsightedness of many collaborative and “embedded librarian” partnerships, and details six examples from information literacy programs that model successful entrepreneurship of the sort argued for.  相似文献
